Delegate must be a natural born female. A copy of the delegate's birth certificate may be required for age verification purposes.

Delegates will be subject to a registration/entry fee, which must be paid in full in order for delegate to be eligible to compete. 

All delegates must be of good moral character, and must not have had any criminal record, felonies or any convictions of any kind.

Underage delegates must not smoke or use alcohol during their reign. Delegates old enough to do so, must not smoke or consume alcohol while representing Tiny Miss of America.

Delegates must keep their social media posts appropriate and should only display excellent moral character when representing Tiny Miss of America. This includes, but not limited to, when delegates are wearing the Tiny Miss crown, sash, and/or wearing merchandise bearing the Tiny Miss name or logo.

Delegates in the Teen Miss and under, should not be married, or ever been married or had a marriage annulled. This is acceptable for delegates in Elegant Miss, Classic Ms and Regal Ms divisions.

Delegates in the Teen Miss and under, should not be pregnant or ever been pregnant. This is acceptable for delegates in Elegant Miss, Classic Ms and Regal Ms divisions.

Under no circumstances should the delegate have posed or been photographed or videoed nude, semi-nude and/or appeared in a publication or on the internet.

Delegate agrees all decisions of judges at the Local, State and National level are final and irrevocable and the delegate will abide by all regulations at the Local, State and National competitions. Furthermore, any delegate and/or family member or guest, showing unsportsmanlike conduct at the pageant will lead to immediate disqualification and revoking of the delegates title with no refund under these circumstances, and can never return to compete at Tiny Miss again.

Delegate gives permission to Tiny Miss to use delegate's photograph for publicity purposes in connection with all Tiny Miss competitions.

Delegate gives permission to Tiny Miss to televise live, live stream, or using file, video or other media, any portion or all of the competition.

Delegate, if selected for the Tiny Miss of America National title, agrees to attend the 2025 National competition to crown their successor and abide by all rules and regulations required or forfeit title. If delegate relinquishes for any reason, any title awarded to her, all prizes (cash or gift) must be returned in full and in condition received.

Delegates who win the National titles, understand they are eligible to compete in any other pageant system they wish, so long as the delegate is permitted to complete her National requirements for Tiny Miss.

By completing this form, I agree that I am obligated and committing to compete in the 2025 Tiny Miss of America 2025 National pageant, July 9-12, 2025 in Harrisonburg, VA. If, for any reason, I cannot uphold this agreement, I will let the National office know immediately and will be subject to a $200 withdrawal fee to be paid immediately upon withdrawal from Tiny Miss of America 2025. I understand I will be sent an invoice in the withdrawal amount of $200 within 7 days of withdrawing from the competition. 

I also understand and agree that all fees paid into the National office are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
